She is one of the most beautiful women in the world, and she is gorgeous. who said eating a sandwich would solve anything? And there is no way that she is insecure, have you seen the way she walks? She is my idol!

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer with millionnaire clients for years. If you cannot tell this woman has an “obvious” eating disorder (which is something that runs in my family, so I think I know a little bit about it), you are most likely suffering from the same distorted body image issue. That is a professional opinion and I would be interested in hearing what a nutritionist has to say regarding this photo. Do you realize that if you get this thin, the lack of carbs to feed your brain will make you a staring idiot, you will grow strange downy-like hair all over your body because it tries to provide an alternate source of heat when there isn’t enough fat? Your period stops so your bone density decreases and you get fractures easily. Your hair thins and falls out. Your skin dries and starts to look like leather. Soon it is painful to walk or sit because there isn’t enough padding on either to support what little weight you still have. Finally, your heart stops because there isn’t enough food to keep even that going. I think someone used the word “Hate” here where it’s just another word for “Denial”. When you’ve wasted even your boobs away, you better check whether or not you are really denying your womanhood.

Most women are unaware that most men would never be attracted to a woman with this body type. Our bodies don’t know that it’s the 21st century, and it’s not aware of all the fads. Women with curvier body types had healthier children because they were better able to give their unborn children the energy they needed. Most men are still subconsciously programmed to be attracted to this body type for this reason. I’m not saying muffin tops and cellulite, but the hourglass figure: slightly fuller breasts and hips. When a woman reaches the “goal” of achieving Jaslene’s body, they have damaged themselves. Any extreme weight loss causes damage. One could weigh 300 lbs. and lose 40 lbs., but if one lost the weight to quickly, it would be muscle and bone density more than fat. Your body would literally be feeding off it’s own heart. Scary, huh?
Ladies, don’t allow the media to encourage you to kill yourselves. Be healthy, be happy.

I am tired of seeing people happy and accepting of this ridiculous, unhealthy obsession with inhuman thinness. No one should be able to clearly define the shape of your breastbone.

This photo looks ridiculously and obviously photoshopped. Her head is much too big for her body.
Though, if this isn’t photoshopped, on the slight chance that I’m wrong, she is ridiculously unhealthy, and I’m sure somebody is looking into this. It’s hardly possible for somebody so famous to be so unhealthy and not have tons of people telling her to get better. The fashion industry likes thin girls but they like healthy looking girls too. You need to be thin and look healthy. This photo clearly doesn’t look healthy.
Oh, and another thing, her body in this picture looked like that of a teenage boy. I can see that this wouldn’t be to difficult to edit. Simply cut and paste her head on your little brother or nephew’s body while he’s wearing a dress. Silly people….

jaslene is gorgeous. but i bet that she would look even better if she gained a few pounds. i feel like shes kinda setting that example of the kinda model whose too skinny. the kinda of girl that alot of young girls try to be. thats not healthy at all. theres a difference between being a skinny girl with curves and being skinny and boney. im 14 and im obsessed with my weight. but when i see pictures like this it makes me realize that its not what i want to be.

I think its disgusting how people think looking like that is sexy, it disgusts me. Be honest with yourself..look at her..she looks like a bobble head. Shes very pretty but if she had something called FAT or MUSCLE she would look 10x prettier. Thats not very comfortable to be cuddling with in bed in my opinion.

Fashion Modeling was always my dream, but being 5′2 hindered that dream. Jaslene is a girl that I can relate to. Jaslene is a spanish woman from the hood, but with inspiration, dedication and charisma. I did not miss a moment of Top Model because of Jaslene. I am proud of her because she said that she went to therapy, came back a new mind, body and spirit an achieved her goal. I hope that she doesn’t have an eater disorder. Just because she is thin does not mean she has a disorder, there are many size women who have eatnig disorders. Good Luck Mama! You deserved the win. Also, you poses, style and creativity were amazing and diverse. Don’t get caught up in the drug game either.

this is to shyxvioletxrain. I am pin pointing you because you wrote below my comment. I am not arguing with the fact that jaslene is very skinny, and maybe she is not attractive to you, but fashion models do not have too much hips, or boobs. There is no real preference to fashion modeling anyway because Tyra has hips and boobs, but there are many fashion designers that look for different things that appeal to their professional and personal style. And yes she has a figure, have you seen her in bathing suit photo? she has shape, she is just very thin. I guess you don’t know much about modeling because you don’t have to be drop dead gorgeous to do fashion. Think about it! Tyra once said that a girl was too pretty and I thought to myself why would that be an issue. I realized that a too pretty person could take the focus off of the clothing or whatever product they are presenting. When you go to a fashion show you don’t look at the models, well shallow people do, but you look at the clothing and the way the model presents the clothes. Tyra looks at talent, and she finds something unique about the model and relateable. It is your opinion and this is a blog, but it is more interesting to have a discussion.
