My problem with this is not that she’s making broad generalizations about heterosexuals, it’s that it’s just not funny.

And, frankly, I’ve known a gay man or two who will stab you in the back with his high heel just as quickly as Barbara Walters will.

straight people may find that comment stupid but this was a comment made at a gay oriented event. straight comics have made comments like this for years and they are considered funny i think they are funny… as is the rosie comment when taking in context

first of all, she was doing a comedy show, it’s not like she said this crap in an interview, it was jokes, people, J-O-K-E-S. secondly, Rosie has a special place in my heart for having the balls to speak out on national television about World Trade Center 7, the THIRD building to collapse on 9/11, only this building was NOT hit by a plane, and oh coinky-dinky, housed investigation documents from the ENRON scandal and 5000 other corporations that were being investigated. hmm.
