As to why Celebs use paper: Pipes and blunts are looked down upon by people with money. Blunts are for kids and posers who want to waste weed. Pipes stretch supplies, but are a hassle outside the house. But a joint, at a moment’s glance, can appear to just be a cigarette. Just not in photos. Which are taken in public, hence… the paper.
