Just because he landed a sweet job on a show with a superb ensemble cast that consistently carries his no talent ass does not mean that he should be given an award. His acting is pompous and overdone and we cringe everytime he has a scene. I have seen better acting in grade school productions. He is soooooooo undeserving......hope he gets the boot instead.
