Is Mischa Barton Smoking Weed?

I dunno, to me this looks like it could be a cigarette, but the paps over at Flynet seem pretty sure it was weed. And, hey, they were there. There’s no doubt this chick gets high (I mean, you kind of have to be stoned 24-7 to date Cisco Adler), but you’d think she’d know better than to smoke weed in the driver’s seat of her car in broad daylight, especially with her sister having just checked into rehab and BFF Nicole Richie’s recent DUI drama. But I guess no one really does that sucking-in thing with their cheeks when they’re just smoking a cigarette. But who the hell holds a joint like that? What do you guys think? What is Mischa smoking?

Ok well first i just want to say that it is bad for anyone to smoke weed at all! but if people want to smoke, then let them! it is their life not yours! if you truly do care about the person though, you should tell them that and ask them to stop. it might work.so basically all im saying is that the papparazzi need to leave mischa barton alone.

Dude, she is holding the joint like that so it looks like she is smoking a cigarette because she is driving down a busy street in broad daylight if you are smoking in public you hit it like it is a cigarette so it’s not so obvious dumbshit. You say celebs n drugs but there is only pics of them smoking weed, weed is not a drug but merely a pleasurable herb where are the pics of celebs hitting lines and whatnot

Although it’s a good discreet way to smoke bud in your car without making anyone too suspicious, a joint is the most unhealthy way to smoke. Use a vaporizer or at least a water filtered piece. It’s nice and smooth besides.
